Outsourcing is an activity where a person delegates their work to others to be completed. This practice is common in large companies and is also frequently found in the education sector, where lecturers or students often use outsourcing services. However, within Telkom University, there has not yet been a dedicated platform for such activities. Therefore, a website called Empowr was developed. Empowr is a web-based outsourcing application that serves as a platform where users can post tasks they want to outsource, and available workers can apply to complete them.

Empowr was developed using the Laravel framework with PHP as its programming language, and Tailwind CSS to create a responsive, modern, and lightweight user interface. This combination of technologies was chosen not only to ensure high performance but also to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience
In the Empowr project, I served as a System Analyst, responsible for designing the system structure and documenting functional requirements. I also contributed to the backend development, implementing the functions based on the system design I had created.
